NCFE actions

Actions required by partner to complete trainees.

Partner completes the relevant NCFE completion form.

If the trainee withdraws or transfers from the programme an NCFE withdrawal/transfer/completion form must be completed. The completed forms are collected together as a batch, accompanied by a Batch Header Form, and a Batch Content: Completion Formand are returned to the College for entry into the PICS software.

Copy of all certificates that the trainee has completed if any.

For trainees successfully completeing their programmes, the partner must return all documentary evidence to the College, so that the College can make its financial and achievement claims. Providers are penalised for late completions and partners need to be aware that any delay in providing this information could result in reduced income to the College and ultimately to the provider.

Batch Content: Certificates Form and be returned to the College for entry into the PICS software and filing.

In addition, the College will require the individual trainee file, which it must keep for audit purposes.
